We are looking for a highly creative, analytical, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various digital platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping our online identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging aligns with our broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and schedule comprehensive monthly social media content calendars across key platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Strategize, set up, and execute highly targeted Meta Ads (FB & IG) and Shopping Ads to drive high-quality lead generation and boost e-commerce website sales.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key industry influencers, overseeing Influencer Marketing campaigns end-to-end to maximize brand reach.




- Devise and implement innovative strategies for organic follower growth, active community engagement, and proactive reputation management.
- Continuously track campaign analytics, monitor Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present detailed monthly performance reports to management.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar digital role.
- Extensive hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and popular social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for engaging design and brand aesthetics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹100,000.65 - ₹550,000.81 per year
