Job Summary

We are looking to hire for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Executive with 1– 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging social media content, working on Meta Ads, and handling YouTube content. We are looking for someone who is creative, trend-aware, and comfortable working on both content and creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
- Create engaging social media content, including Reels, posts, stories, captions, videos, and ad creatives.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and creative campaigns.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and brand requirements.
- Manage Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, basic optimization, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.
- Manage YouTube content, including uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and basic optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.




- Track and report social media and campaign performance.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.

Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Strong content creation and creative thinking skills.
- Positive knowledge of Reels, posts, stories, captions, and promotional content.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content creation/social media work will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Digital Marketing/Social Media certification will be an added advantage.
