Solid practical experience with AI creative tools is MANDATORY.

The candidate should have real, hands-on experience using AI tools to create production-ready content, including:

· Generate images, visual concepts and creative variations.

· Create and edit AI-generated videos.

· Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.

· Generate animations, motion graphics and visual effects.

· Create AI voiceovers and audio content.

· Transform images into videos and create promotional video content.

· Generate backgrounds, characters, scenes and other visual elements.

· Enhance and edit existing images and videos using AI.

· Create multiple creative variations for social media advertising and A/B testing.

· Learn and experiment with new AI creative tools and workflows.

AI Tools – Preferred Experience

Experience with the following tools is highly desirable. The candidate does not need to know every tool, but must demonstrate the ability to use AI tools effectively and learn new platforms quickly.

· ChatGPT – creative concepts, scripts, captions, prompts and content ideas

· Midjourney / Adobe Firefly / DALL·E – AI image generation

· Runway / Kling / Google Veo / Pika – AI video generation

Key Responsibilities

· Create engaging social media advertisements, posts, carousels, banners and promotional creatives.

· Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos and LinkedIn videos.

· Create short-form video advertisements using AI-generated content and professional editing.

· Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual directions for campaigns.

· Use AI tools to rapidly create and test different creative concepts.

· Edit and enhance AI-generated images and videos to achieve professional results.

· Create multiple creative variations for social media advertising and A/B testing.

· Stay updated with the latest AI image, video, voice and creative tools.

· Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

· Ensure content follows brand guidelines and social media platform requirements.

Manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
