About the Role We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently create engaging Reels/videos, manage social media accounts, create content, run paid advertisements and generate enquiries/leads for our irrigation products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging Reels, product videos, posts, stories and promotional creatives.
- Post content regularly — preferably daily or every alternate day.
- Shoot/edit product videos and Reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN or similar software.
- Create attractive product-focused content for:
- Drip Irrigation Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Rain Pipe
- HDPE Pipes & Fittings
- Micro Irrigation Products
- Agricultural Irrigation Solutions
- Manage captions, hashtags, thumbnails and basic SEO for social media content.
- Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for brand awareness, enquiries and lead generation.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Track social media growth, reach, engagement, enquiries and leads.
- Research current social media trends and implement relevant Reel/content ideas.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert social media enquiries into business leads.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all platforms.

Requirements

- Experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Ads.
- Strong video editing and creative skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media activities.
- Candidates with experience in B2B, manufacturing, agriculture, irrigation, industrial or engineering companies will be preferred.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Create high-quality and engaging Reels.
- Improve social media reach and engagement.
- Generate relevant enquiries/leads through organic content and paid advertising.
- Regularly report social media and advertising performance.

Salary ₹15,000/- – ₹45,000/- per month, depending on experience and skills.

Salary can be discussed based on the candidate's portfolio, experience and ability to independently manage social media and paid campaigns.
