Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and respond in a timely, skilled manner.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams, supporting campaign execution, tracking performance metrics,



and suggesting improvements based on data insights. The role also includes staying up to date with social media trends in health and wellness and ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging social media content, with strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice across channels
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Engage with our community — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Track analytics and KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report insights
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns
- Assist with paid social campaigns and influencer/creator partnerships
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends
