Overview

As a Social Media Content Strategist & Producer, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content strategies that align with our brand voice and business goals. You’ll oversee the full cycle of content production – from ideation to publishing – while ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and creative teams to produce campaign-driven content.
- Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.




- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand conversations.
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and values.

Requirements

- Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
- Experience with video production, short-form content, and trend-driven creative formats.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media KPIs, reporting, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
