Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

The coordinator will manage social media calendars, monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and recommending improvements based on insights. The role also involves supporting broader digital marketing activities and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and manage Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing activities across major platforms.




- Robust Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, including audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting on performance metrics.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internships in social media or digital marketing are an advantage.
