Upfound is looking for a creative, trend-savvy person who can take ownership of our social media presence and lead our growing content team.
? Location: Delhi | Hybrid (3 Days WFH + 3 Days Office)
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
? Stipend: ₹5,000 Fixed/month
? PPO: Upto 3.6LPA Based on performance & project requirements
What You’ll Do• Lead and manage the social media/content team
- Build content strategies, ideas & calendars
- Create/oversee LinkedIn & Instagram content, reels, carousels & creatives
- Be comfortable creating face-to-camera reels
- Manage Meta Business Suite, analytics & Meta Ads
- Drive UGC and creator collaborations
- Track performance and experiment with current growth ideas
