Role & responsibilities

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos and social media content.

Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts and content ideas.

Shoot videos using smartphone/camera and basic equipment.

Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar tools.

Be comfortable appearing on camera for product demos, talking-head videos and promotional content.

Follow trending Reels, sounds, memes and formats and convert them into brand-relevant content.

Create content around products, offers, campaigns and brand stories.

Write captions and coordinate with the marketing/social-media team.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular content output.

Track basic performance metrics such as views, reach and engagement and improve content accordingly.

Must-Have Skills





Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube

Positive video editing skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Creative thinking and storytelling

Comfortable in front of the camera

Knowledge of current social-media trends

Basic photography/videography

Strong portfolio of Reels/Shorts/content work

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with beauty, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG or D2C brands

Knowledge of Canva/Premiere Pro/After Effects

Basic understanding of social-media analytics

Experience creating UGC/product demonstration content

Knowledge of AI content tools
