Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in the Pune Division.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to showcase Mosambi Media’s gifting products and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, and aligning posts with brand tone and promotional activities. The role also involves interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, monitoring trends, and collaborating with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of products.

Creator will track basic performance metrics, suggest improvements, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong social media content creation skills, including photography, videography, and basic editing for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions and short-form copy tailored to different audiences and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and platform features, with the ability to adapt content to increase reach and engagement.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual aesthetics to maintain a consistent look and feel across all posts.
- Comfort using social media scheduling tools or platform-native features to manage content calendars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple products, themes, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing for consumer or gifting brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in media, communications, design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
