Company Description: The International Glamour Project® (TIGP®) is an internationally associated pageant platform that discovers talent through pageantry and develops it through the TIGP® Training Academy. The organization provides opportunities in fashion, media, and glamour via its in-house production house, TIGP Productions.

TIGP Productions operates as a brand consulting and marketing specialist, partnering with companies to launch, position, and promote their products and services using tailored brand strategies and marketing techniques.

Role Description: The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote TIGP® pageants, training programs, and production projects.

Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing short-form videos and graphics, drafting captions and post copy,



and collaborating with the marketing and production teams to align content with brand campaigns.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and basic graphic design for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, stories, and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, content scheduling, and basic performance analytics to track reach, engagement, and growth.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing principles, and audience engagement within fashion, media, and glamour segments.
- Experience collaborating with creative, production, and marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns and event coverage.
