You’re already making content. You’ve helped an account grow. You know the difference a stronger opening, a better story, or a more natural delivery can make.

Loudlabs is looking for a full-time social media content creator who can bring that experience to our content and become a recognizable face for the brands they work with.

You’ll contribute from the first idea to the final edit, then use audience feedback and performance insights to decide what comes next.

You’ll be a strong fit if you

- Currently create and publish content for your own channels, brands, or clients.
- Have helped grow a social account and can show the starting point, results, timeframe, and your contribution.
- Bring confident, natural on-camera delivery. Experience representing a brand through recurring videos or campaigns is especially relevant.

- Can take an idea through production:



research, scripting, filming, and editing.

- Understand your results. You can explain why a format worked, what you changed when it didn’t, and how you would approach a current audience.

What you’ll do

- Create short-form videos, including product demonstrations, explainers, relatable stories, and brand-led series.
- Develop hooks and scripts that make the message clear and give viewers a reason to keep watching.
- Adapt your presentation and editing style to each brand’s audience.
- Test creative variations and recommend what to repeat, improve, or retire.
- Work with the team to plan shoots, deliver finished content, and review performance.
