We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who can plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands. You should know how to turn medical topics into simple, informative, and visually appealing reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan creative content ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Shoot high-quality videos, including doctor interviews, educational content, clinic walkthroughs, patient stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Guide doctors during shoots with scripts, prompts, camera positioning, and presentation.
- Capture creative angles and relevant B-roll using a smartphone or camera.
- Manage lighting, framing, and audio for explicit, professional videos.
- Edit reels with strong opening hooks, subtitles, music, transitions, and engaging storytelling.
- Write short scripts, captions, and on-screen text that make healthcare topics easy to understand.
- Follow social media trends and adapt suitable ideas for healthcare audiences.




- Coordinate with doctors and the creative team to meet content deadlines.
- Ensure medical content is reviewed by the doctor and patient footage has the required consent.

Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience in video shooting and reel creation.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Ability to create professional content while maintaining a warm, patient-friendly tone.
- Confidence working with doctors and filming in clinics or hospitals.
- Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Healthcare content experience is preferred.
