Role Description

AevumX is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, appearing on camera, making short-form videos and reels, writing social media copy, and managing the company's social media presence.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable being the on-camera face of the company for selected social media content and should have a strong interest in social media trends, storytelling, video creation, and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with AevumX's brand, services, hiring initiatives, and technology expertise.
- Write captions, post copy, short-form content, scripts, and other social media content.
- Create and edit Reels, short videos, promotional videos,



educational videos, and recruitment content.
- Appear on camera and represent AevumX as a social media content creator and brand representative.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create content around technology, recruitment, workplace culture, hiring, company updates, and industry topics.
- Research current social media trends, formats, topics, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the recruitment, business development, and management teams to convert company initiatives into engaging content.
- Create basic graphics, carousels, banners, announcements, and social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Shoot basic videos using smartphones or cameras and handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views, and other social media performance metrics.
- Identify content that performs well and continuously improve future posts.
- Maintain consistency in AevumX's visual identity, messaging, and brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.




- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in videos.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content-creation skills.
- Interest in social media platforms, trends, and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
- Experience with Canva is required or strongly preferred.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and short-form content.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and audience engagement.
- Photography, videography, graphic design, or personal social media content creation experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
