Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Content Creator role based in Asansol.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, draft, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, aligned with CommerceOS brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming content ideas, creating text and visual assets, managing posting schedules, and monitoring audience engagement and feedback. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to highlight product features, promote updates,



and support campaigns, while tracking performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve reach and interaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging social media copy and visual concepts tailored to different platforms.

- Experience in social media management, including content scheduling, hashtag usage, and basic analytics review.

- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and brand storytelling to support marketing campaigns.

- Basic design skills using common content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for posts and stories.

- Strong research skills to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitive social media activity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to fast-paced projects.

- Prior experience in social media content creation or marketing is preferred; a relevant degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
