About the Role

At Fable Digital Media, we live by a straightforward rule: Digital marketing jo sirf dikhta nahi, bikta bhi hai . We are looking for an energetic, visually driven Social Media & Content Creator who thrives both behind the camera and inside the strategy room.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end social media operations—not just scheduling graphics, but physically shooting daily office culture, producing viral-ready short-form video, crafting engaging stories, and managing content engines for both Fable and our roster of client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on Content Creation & Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-retention Reels, TikToks/Shorts, and daily Stories (BTS, agency culture, client shoots, creative walkthroughs, and trending formats).
- End-to-End Social Management: Manage the publishing calendars, aesthetic grids, copy/captions, and distribution for Fable’s in-house handles and external client brands.
- Real-Time Storytelling: Capture daily working moments, creative brainstorms, shoot setups, and live event coverage to give audiences a dynamic look into agency life.
- Content Planning & Trend Spotting: Plan monthly editorial calendars, identify audio and visual trends early,



and translate them into relevant content for B2B and DTC brands.
- Community & Engagement: Actively engage with comments, DMs, and target communities to foster organic reach, brand affinity, and audience conversation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (watch time, reach, saves, shares) and adapt creative output based on what genuinely drives engagement and commercial impact.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating short-form video content (agency experience is a major plus).
- Shooting & Editing Skills: Strong mobile videography instincts (iPhone/stabilizers) and proficiency in fast mobile/desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, VN).
- Comfort on/around Camera: You have no hesitation stepping into a room to capture team moments, direct people for quick clips, or hop in front of the lens when needed.
- Aesthetic Eye: Strong sense of visual design, pacing, hook design, typography, and internet culture.
- Copywriting: Ability to write sharp, witty, and contextual captions in English and conversational Hinglish.
