About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator to join our team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should know how to turn everyday moments, ideas, products, and services into engaging social media content that increases reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Our organisation operates in the IT services space and also has an in-house café, giving this role the opportunity to create content across both skilled/technology and lifestyle/food-related themes.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just post content but understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and share.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, carousels, and captions.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Come up with creative concepts, hooks, trends, and campaigns to increase organic reach.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile phones/cameras and editing tools.
- Create content around our IT services, workplace culture, employees, achievements, events, and brand story.
- Create engaging lifestyle and food content for our in-house café, including food reels, behind-the-scenes content, customer experiences, offers, and trending concepts.
- Identify and leverage Instagram/Reels trends, sounds, formats, and content styles relevant to our audience.
- Collaborate with team members to capture authentic and relatable content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Track key metrics such as reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, followers, and overall growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, creator formats, and platform updates.
- Support social media campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.





What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video content.
- Excellent knowledge of Reels and trend-based content.
- Good sense of aesthetics, storytelling, composition, and visual presentation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to independently conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish content.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to understand what type of content can generate reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- A proactive personality who is comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats.
- Camera Presence – Mandatory

Camera presence is a mandatory requirement for this role. The candidate must be comfortable and confident appearing on camera for Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, interviews, and brand/café content. The candidate should be expressive, presentable, and comfortable engaging with the audience on camera. Candidates who are not comfortable appearing on camera will not be considered for this position.

What Success Looks Like The primary objective of this role is social media growth and visibility.

You will be expected to help us:

- Increase organic social media reach.
- Improve Reels/video views and engagement.
- Grow followers organically.
- Create content that generates shares, saves, comments, and conversations.




- Build a strong and recognisable online presence for both our IT business and café.
- Convert social media attention into meaningful brand awareness and enquiries.

Portfolio – Mandatory Candidates must share their portfolio along with their application.

Your portfolio should ideally include:

- Instagram Reels/short-form videos you have created
- Social media posts and campaigns
- Content calendars or campaign examples, if available
- Before/after examples showing growth or improved engagement
- Links to social media accounts/pages you have managed
- Any personal creator profile or previous brand work

Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.
