The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Audience Growth Executive who can own day-to-day content publishing and help grow our social media audiences organically across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily content uploads across all social platforms.
- Optimise captions, titles, hashtags, thumbnails and content formats for each platform.
- Drive organic follower/subscriber growth and improve reach, engagement and views.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, formats and platform features.
- Repurpose and adapt content based on platform-specific requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.




- Track YouTube/Facebook monetisation and platform eligibility.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
- Share regular performance reports and actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content publishing.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Snapchat .
- Understanding of organic growth and short-form video.
- Strong knowledge of trends, algorithms and social media analytics.
- Entertainment, celebrity, fashion or media experience is a plus.
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely obsessed with social media.
