Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

The Social Media

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand program offerings, promote courses and initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Daily responsibilities include drafting posts, writing copy, scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics,



and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The role also includes supporting basic campaign execution, gathering audience insights, and contributing ideas to improve NYERAS’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience managing content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy and visuals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams, interact with learners and alumni, and respond to online queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics tools, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred, along with any prior internship or work experience in social media or content roles.
