About JewarJewar is a modern Indian food brand focused on bringing thoughtfully sourced, minimally processed everyday staples to Indian households. We’re building a brand around better food choices, transparency, and making traditional foods relevant to today’s consumers.

The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Associate who can help build Jewar’s digital presence and turn our products, stories, and ideas into engaging content.

You’ll work closely with the brand and creative team across content creation, social media management, community building, and campaign execution.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage Jewar’s social media presence across Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars
- Come up with creative ideas for Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and campaigns
- Write captions, hooks, and social-first copy
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, creators, and other vendors when required
- Shoot and edit simple social media content using a phone
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, sounds, and emerging content styles
- Manage day-to-day posting and ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and other social interactions
- Track basic social media metrics and identify what content is performing well
- Support influencer collaborations, gifting, and creator campaigns
- Assist with launches,



exhibitions, seasonal campaigns, and other brand initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, content, marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong creative instinct and an eye for what makes content engaging
- Comfortable being hands-on with content creation
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Interest in food, wellness, lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brands is a plus
