Role Description The Social Media Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position supports day-to-day social media operations, including planning and publishing posts, drafting captions, and assisting with content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

The Social Media

Assistant will help create and adapt social media content (posts, stories, reels), monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track basic performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with designers,



and video editors to ensure brand consistency, stay updated on trends, and contribute ideas that strengthen clients’ social presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, with familiarity across major platforms and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including drafting captions, basic visual ideation, and an understanding of short-form content (reels, stories, posts).
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
- Candidates should possess positive collaboration and time-management abilities, including working with cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (brand or agency experience preferred).
- Comfort with tools such as Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, and basic design or video-editing tools is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
