Required Skill Sets

- Over 4 Years in a Creative Agency which includes experience in digital, branding, ad films, etc.

- Thorough understanding and passion towards creating digital-first campaigns

- Excellent written & communication skills

- Passionate about the industry, with a leadership streak

- Ability to visualize, strategize and build impactful campaigns, with a digital-first approach but a 360 marketing mix integration

- Mentor team members towards learning and growing

- Research and be updated on benchmark campaigns, tools and ideate towards integrating the same for clients

- Ensuring seamless delivery through processes,



and aligning teams and brand expectations

- Visualize ideas across multiple platforms till their execution and amplification.

- Build content and campaigns which drive business impact as well as ensure a benchmark within the industry

- Gather data towards understanding demographics, competition and industry benchmarks, using it towards building your brands

- Create and propagate new strategies to clients towards upselling to clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
