We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our website, social media platforms, content, online presence, and digital promotions. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and well-versed in social media analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaigns.

- Monitor social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, traffic, leads, and conversions.

- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and online leads.

- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

- Coordinate with designers, content creators,



and other team members to develop marketing materials.

- Monitor competitors and identify recent opportunities for online growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Ability to create or coordinate engaging content, captions, reels, posts, and campaigns.

- Basic understanding of website management, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, and Search Console.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Positive communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
