We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern / Executive who can help us strengthen our digital presence, communicate our technology story, and build meaningful engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and support Team Computers presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Support day-to-day management of social media calendars.

Content Creation & Storytelling

- Develop creative content ideas around technology, IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, workplace culture, and industry trends.
- Write engaging captions, posts, short-form content, and campaign messaging.
- Develop concepts for reels, stories, employee-focused content, and other digital formats.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, internal teams, and business stakeholders for content creation.
- Identify employee achievements, events, celebrations, and business milestones that can be converted into engaging content.

Campaign Support

- Support social media campaigns for company initiatives, events, service offerings, partnerships, and employer branding.
- Assist in promoting webinars, events, product/service launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Support paid and organic social media activities to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Market Research & Insights

- Track social media trends, emerging content formats,



and relevant technology conversations.
- Monitor competitor and industry social media activities.
- Identify new content opportunities and recommend ideas based on audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Employer Branding & Internal Engagement

- Support content related to employee stories, team achievements, events, awards, learning initiatives, and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR and other internal teams to create engaging Life at Team Computers and employer branding content.

Qualifications

- Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, stories, and other social media formats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into engaging content.
- Valuable understanding of current social media trends and formats.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing a college social media page, personal content page, internship project, or similar initiative.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance metrics.
- Interest in technology, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT services.
- Candidates who maintain a portfolio, personal content page, or have created reels/videos/content will be preferred.
