Renukiran Welfare Foundation (RWF) is looking for a passionate fresher who wants to build a career while contributing to meaningful social change. Position: Social Impact ExecutiveExperience: Freshers / 0–1 year

Salary: Up to ₹3,60,000 LPA

Location: New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Work On

- Support business development and partnership opportunities for the organisation.
- Identify and connect with potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, institutions and donors.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, partnership pitches and project concepts.
- Support corporate employee engagement and volunteering initiatives.
- Explore new opportunities for organisational growth and social-impact partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects and partnerships effectively.
- Represent RWF professionally during meetings, events and stakeholder interactions.
- Contribute ideas that can help expand the organisation’s social impact.





Who We’re Looking For:
- Freshers are welcome — no prior experience is required If 0-1 year of experience then preferred in the same field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Strong interest in business development, partnerships and networking.
- Willingness to learn about the NGO and development sector.
- Someone who genuinely wants to contribute towards social change and community development.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently when required.
- Valuable research, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- A go-getter mindset — we value initiative more than years of experience.
