We are looking for a Social Content Growth Strategist who can take ownership of social growth for healthcare brands and build content ecosystems that generate attention, engagement and measurable business outcomes.

The RoleThis is not a traditional "post scheduling" role.

You will be responsible for thinking, strategising, creating and optimising social content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.

You will work with our content, creative, video, SEO and performance teams to turn healthcare expertise into content that people actually want to consume, share and act upon.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media growth strategies for hospitals, doctors, clinics and healthcare brands.
- Build monthly content strategies based on audience insights, trends, brand positioning and business objectives.
- Identify content opportunities, trending topics, formats and conversations relevant to healthcare audiences.
- Develop content pillars, series and recurring content formats that can scale.
- Drive growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with doctors, healthcare experts and internal creative teams to convert expertise into engaging content.
- Develop strategies for Reels, Shorts, carousels, thought-leadership content, educational content and community-led content.




- Analyse social media performance and continuously optimise content based on data.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, watch time, retention, saves, shares, profile visits and leads.
- Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
- Build content calendars with clear objectives, formats, hooks and CTAs.
- Work with video editors, designers, copywriters and account managers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Experiment with new content formats, hooks, storytelling styles and distribution strategies.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and social algorithm changes, creator trends and AI-driven content discovery.
- Ensure healthcare content remains credible, responsible and compliant with applicable healthcare advertising and communication standards.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to grow social accounts through strategy + content, not just paid promotion.
- Strong understanding of content hooks, storytelling, retention and audience psychology.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable content decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex healthcare topics and turn them into simple,



engaging content.
- Robust understanding of short-form video and creator-led content.
- Ability to work across multiple brands and manage competing priorities.
