▪️Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue, bookings, and customer acquisition.

▪️ Recruit high-volume affiliates, publishers, media buyers, networks and partners across different Geographies

▪️ Manage Key commercial and performance metrics, including CPA, EPC, CVR and Traffic quality

▪️ Create and manage affiliate offers, promotions, landing pages, banners, tracking links, and marketing assets.

▪️ Monitor Affiliate traffic for Fraud, Incentivized traffic, unauthorized Brand bidding, Coupon abuse, Misleading advertising, Compliance issues and Poor Customer Quality.

▪️ 5+ years of substantial experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing

▪️ Robust knowledge of US and Europe affiliate markets with practical exposure to international GEO expansion

▪️ Hands on experience with Affiliate tracking platforms
