We are planning some major expansions at Vizag both within our existing facilities and also setting up new greenfield projects. We need a strong professional Project Lead who can independently head the projects from concept and design through execution, qualification and final handover. The proposed expansions will have strong focus on isolator-based sterile filling lines, lyophilizers and fully automated packing lines with a transparent focus on maximizing automation and minimizing human interventions while meeting stringent cGMP and regulatory requirements.

The candidate should possess strong experience in isolator-based aseptic filling lines including integration with lyophilizers, fully automated inspection, labelling, packing, serialization and aggregation lines, including automated material handling wherever possible.

In general, the candidate should be tech savvy and have a strong inclination towards automation philosophy including robotics, automated transfers and integrated production/packaging systems.



Should be a good team player who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders to get things moving and capable of coordinating with equipment OEMs, consultants, civil/MEP teams, QA, Production, Validation and other stakeholders and controlling project schedule and budget. Should have experience in URS preparation, vendor evaluation, technical negotiations, design reviews, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, qualification, and project handover.

We should not restrict the search only to candidates currently working in India - we can also explore Indian professionals currently working overseas, particularly those with relevant sterile-project and high-automation experience in China / Taiwan / Far East / Middle East and are interested in returning back to India. Persons of different countries with valid work permit in India can also be evaluated.
