Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.

- Build and optimize ELT processes for large-scale data ingestion and transformation.

- Develop reusable dbt models, macros, tests, and documentation.

- Design dimensional and data warehouse models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

- Optimize Snowflake performance, query tuning, clustering, and cost management.

- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and governance standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and BI teams to gather requirements.

- Integrate data from multiple sources such as APIs, databases, and cloud storage.

- Support CI/CD implementation for dbt projects using Git and deployment tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and performance issues.
