We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize Snowflake environments while ensuring performance, security, availability, and smooth data operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Snowflake environments, users, roles, warehouses, databases, and security.
- Monitor Snowflake performance, resource utilization, and system health.
- Manage data ingestion and loading processes using Snowpipe.
- Develop and execute queries/scripts using SnowSQL.
- Implement access controls, RBAC, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support data engineering teams.
- Monitor and optimize Snowflake costs and performance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake Administration
- SnowSQL
- Snowpipe
- Snowflake security, RBAC, and warehouse management
- Valuable understanding of SQL and data loading concepts
- Willingness to work in 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift
