Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day production of snacks products as per production plans.

Manage production activities, manpower allocation, and shift operations.

Ensure products meet prescribed quality, taste, hygiene, and safety standards.

Monitor raw material usage, production output, wastage, and material losses.

Ensurie proper operation and basic maintenance of production machinery.

Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory-related documentation.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.

Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.

Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize downtime and wastage.

Train and guide workers on production processes, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Monitor packaging, labelling,



and finished-product handling.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Production, or a related field.

Experience in snacks/FMCG/food manufacturing preferred.

Knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.

Valuable team-handling and communication skills.

Ability to work in shifts and manage production targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Experience: 3–5 years in food/snacks manufacturing preferred.
