SNOW Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to identify and prioritize test objectives.
- Design and execute automated and manual testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Identify, document, and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, data, and environments to support productive and effective testing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders to ensure successful testing outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

- ServiceNow official certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, including logging defects and validating fixes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with test automation tools and technologies,



such as Selenium or Appium.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- ServiceNow application testing and quality assurance.
- Test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Automated and manual testing strategies.
- Defect management and resolution.
- Test scripting and data management.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.

This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. The successful candidate will have experience in leading test planning, execution, and reporting, and will be able to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders is also essential.
