Role Description The SMO Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The SMO Executive will manage and optimize social media profiles across platforms, create and schedule engaging posts, and monitor audience interactions to improve brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include developing social media strategies, coordinating with content and design teams, tracking performance metrics, and implementing campaigns aligned with client goals.

The role also involves analyzing trends, responding to comments and messages, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.

- Candidates should possess solid social media optimization and management skills, including experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning and coordination, including creating post calendars, collaborating with designers and writers, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to track KPIs, use social media analytics tools, and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing fundamentals, including basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and cross-channel campaign integration.

- Relevant experience in social media roles within IT services or digital marketing agencies is preferred, along with familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
