Role: Manage collections and recoveries for SME Working Capital loans, including CC, OD and Trade Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue, delinquent and write-off SME accounts.
- Handle collection from early buckets to hard-bucket/NPA cases.
- Conduct field visits and negotiate repayment with borrowers.
- Manage collection agencies/vendors and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit and Business teams for complex cases.
- Monitor portfolio quality, recovery performance and MIS.
- Ensure collection activities follow regulatory and internal guidelines.
Experience: 38+ years in SME/Business Loan Collections or Recoveries. Key Skills: SME Collections, Working Capital, NPA/Recovery, Field Collections, Vendor Management and Legal Recovery.
