Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Smartdata Executive to handle data related tasks. This role involves working on creating and modifying bus schedules, Staff rosters, duty assignments, booking management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Will be aligned with the operations team and Smart data team for the SmartBus Vertical.
- Will be responsible for end-to-end data entry in the system and related operations activities.
- Review all documents and information for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
- Adaptable to work on ad hoc requests.
- Monitoring different dashboards and preparing reports
- Communicating with customers for the booking related updates/changes
- Coordinate with different teams to get issues resolved.
- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets,



and documents as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years of Previous customer service or Data entry experience.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Attributes:

- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and processes.

Working Conditions:

- Working Hours: 9 hrs. rotational shift
- Week off: 6 days working with a rotational week off.
