VLCC is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Slimming Therapist to provide professional slimming and weight-management services. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality therapy sessions, operating slimming appliances as per SOPs, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform slimming and weight-loss therapies as per VLCC SOPs.
- Operate slimming appliances safely and effectively.
- Explain therapy and appliance procedures to clients in simple terms.
- Provide weight/inch-loss and maintenance guidance to clients.
- Take and accurately record client measurements and maintain service records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain therapy rooms, trolley and bed settings as per SOP.
- Maintain slimming product stock and update requirements.
- Identify skin/hair-related concerns and refer clients to the appropriate experts.
- Manage appointments, records and required reports.
- Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills.
- Support package and product sales through appropriate soft-selling techniques.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience in slimming treatments and therapies.
- Good client communication and consultation skills.
- Strong attention to hygiene and personal grooming.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Comfortable taking additional responsibilities and working across locations if required.
