Responsible for operation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of Škoda ERO CNC Floor Boring Machines. The role involves handling heavy-duty CNC boring and milling machines used for precision machining of large and heavy components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Škoda ERO CNC Floor Boring Machine.
- Handle CNC floor boring, milling, drilling and heavy component machining.
- Set and operate machine axes, spindle, boring head and rotary/positioning systems.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, workpiece alignment and job inspection.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, CNC and servo-related problems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Check machine geometry, alignment, accuracy and positioning.
- Work with CNC controls such as Siemens / Fanuc / Heidenhain, depending on machine configuration.
- Read engineering drawings and understand machining tolerances.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance and quality teams.
- Maintain machine-service records and report breakdowns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
