About the Role

We are looking for a Skin Expert to join our growing skincare brand, Lemmorte, and become part of a customer-focused team.

The role involves understanding customers' skin-related concerns, providing appropriate skincare guidance, handling skin-related queries, and assisting customers who have completed a skin assessment/test. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in skincare, skin consultation, beauty, or wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to skin concerns, skincare routines, and products through calls and other communication channels.
- Speak with customers who have completed a skin assessment/skin test and understand their requirements.
- Provide personalized and responsible skincare guidance based on the customer's concerns and available product/brand information.
- Explain skincare products, their usage, benefits, and recommended routines in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from the brand's range.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update relevant details in the system.
- Follow up with customers where required and support them through their skincare journey.
- Coordinate with the internal team whenever a customer query requires further assistance.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and consultative approach while interacting with customers.
- Stay updated on basic skincare concepts, ingredients, product knowledge, and emerging skincare trends.





Who Can Apply? We are open to candidates from different backgrounds who have a genuine interest in skincare and skin consultation.

Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:

- Educational background or coursework related to skincare, cosmetology, beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or related fields.
- Experience working as a Skin Expert, Skin Consultant, Beauty Advisor, Skincare Consultant, or similar profile.
- Candidates who have completed relevant skincare/skin consultation courses or certifications.
- Candidates with experience working with skincare or beauty brands.
- Candidates who have a strong interest in skincare and are looking to build a career in the skin-care/beauty industry.
- Freshers with relevant education, courses, internships, or strong interest in skincare are also encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of skincare, skin types, skincare products, and routines.
- Customer-oriented and consultative approach.
