Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture &
- Strategy:

Design end-to-end Sitecore technical solutions, defining system architecture, data models, integration flows, and component hierarchies that align with business goals.

- Modernization &

- Headless:

Lead the migration and modernization of traditional Sitecore XP/XM platforms toward modern headless, composable, and SaaS-based architectures (Sitecore XM Cloud, JSS, Experience Edge).

- Integrations &

- APIs:

Architect seamless integrations between Sitecore and third-party systems, including CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), ERP, PIM, DAM, Marketing Automation, and Search engines (Coveo/Solr).

- Technical Leadership &

- Governance:

Establish development standards, design principles (Helix framework), code review protocols, and CI/CD best practices across regional engineering teams.

- Stakeholder Management:

Translate complex business and marketing requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable technical specifications.

- Performance &

- Security:

Optimize site speed, core web vitals, caching strategies, and platform security across high-traffic enterprise web applications.

Required Qualifications &

- Technical Skills

- Sitecore Expertise:





5+ years of hands-on experience architectural design and implementation on Sitecore XP/XM platforms (Versions 9.x, 10.x, or XM Cloud).

- Headless &
- Frontend:

Proven experience with Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, GraphQL, and contemporary JS frameworks (Next.js, React, or TypeScript).

- Backend Stack:

Deep technical mastery in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Cloud &

- DevOps:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS, App Services, Functions), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Architecture Best Practices:

Expertise in Sitecore Helix design principles, component-driven development, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Database &

- Search:

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Solr, and Coveo integration.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Certifications:

Active

Sitecore XM Cloud or

Sitecore Experience Solution Developer

Certification.

- Community:

Recognized as a

Sitecore MVP or active contributor to the Sitecore community.

- Composable DXP:

Experience with Sitecore Content Hub, Personalize/CDP, or OrderCloud.
