Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our garden centre and support our landscaping and garden design projects. The role requires strong plant knowledge, team coordination, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to maintaining high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily garden centre operations and landscaping-related activities.
- Coordinate and monitor gardeners, maintenance teams, and site staff.
- Ensure proper plant care, watering, pruning, grooming, and maintenance.
- Monitor plant health and identify pest, disease, or nutritional issues.
- Maintain high standards of plant presentation, nursery organisation, cleanliness, and overall site appearance.
- Coordinate plant selection, movement, loading, unloading, and dispatch for landscape projects.
- Support landscape teams in executing planting and garden maintenance works as per design requirements.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain basic records of plant stock, materials, site activities, and team attendance.




- Coordinate with the design/project team to ensure smooth execution of site requirements.
- Identify site-level issues proactively and communicate them to the management team.
- Ensure safe, organised, and professional working practices across the site.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in landscaping, nursery management, garden centres, horticulture, or a related field.
- Positive understanding of plants, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance.
- Strong team-handling and site coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for plant health, presentation, and quality.
- Willingness to work hands-on and outdoors.
- A background in horticulture, agriculture, landscape design, or a related field will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
