Luxe Galleria is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor project progress, and ensure that work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site activities and execution work.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, architects, designers, and project managers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and measurements.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used at the site.
- Check measurements, quantities, levels, alignment, finishing, and installation work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned site activities and project milestones.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management.
- Monitor manpower attendance, work allocation, and productivity.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available at the site when required.
- Identify site issues, delays, defects, or discrepancies and report them promptly.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with the office/project team regarding site requirements and progress.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing measurements, material requirements, and work estimates when required.




- Ensure final finishing and handover work meets company quality standards.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Experience in interior, construction, luxury retail, stone, marble, tiles, or related projects will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of construction/interior site execution and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and site reporting.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in and around Bhubaneswar as required.

Working Conditions The candidate will be required to work at project sites and coordinate closely with the project, design, sales, and management teams. Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on project schedules.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
