JOB PURPOSE &

OVERVIEW Ad World Signages is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage end-to-end site operations for signage projects. The candidate will oversee installation activities across Hyderabad and travel outstation when required for project completion. The role involves coordinating site permissions, supervising installation crews, reporting to the Project Manager, and handling job documentation and billing approvals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Site Preparation &
- Permissions: Connect with clients and mall/building facility managers in advance to obtain work permissions, entry gates, and electrical access prior to team arrival.

- In office Supervision &

- Workflow: Direct installation teams and riggers on-site, ensuring smooth execution of structural fixings, ACP panels, 3D letters, and LED wiring.

- Inter-Team Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with the Project Manager and installation leads to ensure daily progress aligns with project schedules.

- Site Safety &

- Quality Control: Enforce basic site safety standards (PPE, scaffolding/harness usage) and inspect installation quality before final handover.

- Travel &

- Multi-State Execution:



Lead installation sites primarily in Hyderabad and travel to outstation project locations across other states until completion (company covers travel, stay, and daily expenses).

- Documentation &

- Billing Support: Maintain measurement sheets, site completion certificates, photo records, measurement approvals, and client sign-offs required for billing KEY REQUIREMENTS &
- SKILLS

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven site supervision experience in signage, metal fabrication, interior fitouts, or civil/electrical work.

- Communication: Good practical communication skills to interact effectively with clients, site facility heads, project managers, and site labor.

- Flexibility: Willingness to travel outside Hyderabad for outstation signage projects as required (fully companysponsored).

- Technical Basics: Basic understanding of site measurements, mounting structures, illumination wiring, and sign installation methods.

- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve unexpected site hurdles, work access delays, or technical alignment issues quickly. PRIMARY LOCATION Hyderabad (Outstation travel covered) EXPERIENCE Minimum 2+ Years (Signage / Related field) SALARY PACKAGE Starting ₹20,000 / mo (Based on experience)
