- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and project progress.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other site works.
- Check measurements and material requirements at site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and labour attendance.
- Ensure proper utilization and handling of materials and tools.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the work site.
- Follow project schedules and support timely completion of assigned works.
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of construction/interior site execution.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of materials, measurements, and basic site safety.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
