Site Supervisor – Residential Interiors

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Experience: 2–5 years in Residential Interior Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for an attentive and technically sound Site Supervisor – Residential Interiors who can independently manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate with labour and contractors, and ensure that all work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.

Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, layouts, 3D designs, and site measurements.

Monitor interior finishing works including false ceiling, carpentry, modular kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, flooring, painting, electrical and other finishing works.

Have basic understanding of civil works such as masonry, plaster, waterproofing, tile work, etc.

Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, painters, civil workers, contractors and other site labour.

Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishing and workmanship at every stage.

Identify execution errors or deviations from drawings and coordinate for timely rectification.

Ensure proper site protection, material handling, housekeeping and safety practices.

Coordinate with the design/project team regarding site requirements, drawings, measurements and execution challenges.

Maintain regular updates on site progress, labour status, material requirements and pending/rectification work.





Take site measurements and verify them before execution wherever required.

Follow up with vendors/contractors to ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper finishing before handing over work.

Capable of handling multiple residential projects simultaneously within the same geographical area.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and finishing.

Good understanding of interior drawings and technical drawings.

Basic knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.

Good coordination and labour-management skills.

Robust attention to detail and ability to identify execution mistakes.

Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts and dimensions.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of site execution.

- Must be comfortable travelling between multiple project sites in the same area.

Preferred Candidate

2–5 years of relevant experience in residential interior execution, preferably someone who has worked as a Site Supervisor/Interior Site Supervisor and understands both technical execution and on-ground labour coordination.
