We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Track project progress and submit daily reports.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
