We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure that interior and construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior execution, civil work, finishing works, contractor coordination and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior and construction works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications and site instructions.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality and finishing standards.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status to the Project Manager/Architect.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, material records and work-progress updates.




- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.
- Monitor labour attendance and productivity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients and design/project teams whenever required.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Assist in snag identification, rectification and project handover.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.
- Practical knowledge of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Good contractor and labour management skills.
- Robust site coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of measurements and quantity checking.
- Ability to maintain site reports and work-progress records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
