We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee interior and architectural projects. The role involves managing multiple projects through till completion, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and effective coordination across all parties.

Solid organizational abilities, clear communication, and a passion towards execution is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site execution for interior and architectural projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, quality control, and site coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop BOQs and estimates for the projects ..
- Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure correct implementation on-site.
- Manage and coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
- Track expenses, negotiate with vendors,



and maintain financial control.
- Communicate regularly with concerned parties to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Software: Working knowledge of AutoCAD; MS Excel familiarity
- Location: Bengaluru and willingness to travel as may be necessary
- Proven experience in execution of Interior and Civil works.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Keen eye to detail and stronghold on material understanding.
- Commute on a two-wheeler would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
