Co-Design is a growing interior design studio in Hyderabad, delivering residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely project completion.
Role Overview The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate contractors and labour, and ensure all work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution for interior projects
- Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors, and labour
- Read and execute work as per GFC/working drawings
- Check quality of civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting and finishing work
- Verify measurements, materials, and finishes against the BOQ
- Track project progress and flag delays or issues
- Share daily site updates with the design and management teams
- Resolve on-site execution issues and ensure smooth workflow
Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry and civil work
- Ability to read working/GFC drawings
- Good site coordination and labour management skills
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Telugu and Hindi speaking; basic English
- Based in or near Hyderabad; willing to travel to sites daily
- Own two-wheeler preferred
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience) Location: Kompally , Hyderabad
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
