Role Description The Site Supervisor role at Five storey is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Site

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work is executed in line with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors; monitoring timelines and progress; and reporting site status to project managers and leadership.

Supervisor will manage workforce allocation, verify material usage and delivery, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The position requires regular inspection of work,



documentation of site activities, and proactive communication to maintain smooth project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid site supervision and construction management skills, including daily work oversight and workforce coordination.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and scheduling skills, including monitoring timelines, tracking progress, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality and safety management skills, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to design and workmanship standards.
- Candidates should possess documentation and reporting skills, including maintaining site records, progress reports, and issue logs.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Relevant experience supervising residential or commercial construction projects, ideally in architecture or interior-focused work, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida, with flexibility to visit other project locations as needed.
