We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of on-site execution, coordination, and supervision of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, designers, and project teams

- Monitor project progress, timelines, workmanship, and material requirements

- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues

- Ensure quality standards and site safety practices are maintained

- Track material usage and coordinate material requirements with the concerned team

- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

- Resolve routine site-related issues and escalate critical matters to management





- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and project milestones

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of relevant site supervision experienc

- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing work

- Valuable understanding of drawings, measurements, materials, and site processesStrong team and contractor coordination skills

- Good communication and reporting abilities

- Ability to independently manage site activities. Willingness to travel between project sites as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
